This is hands down my favorite Hibachi restaurant I have ever been to, and I am no Hibachi slouch. The environment is clean, warm, and lively, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Every single one of the chefs here is well above average as far as I am concerned, and the seasoning and flavor profiles, as well as the expertise of the cook, always amazes me. They cater to your desires, and will even put food ob the side for you if you want extra seasonings. The sushi is absolutely dynamite for being so far landlocked, and I'm talking nigri style as well. The soup is stunning, the salad has the best dressing I have ever tasted, and the yum yum sauce will actually make you say "yum". Don't second guess, don't ask any more questions, don't read more reviews, just go. You will not regret it. The only thing I don't like is that they don't exist where I live now. I miss this place.
